Return Policy

A Return Policy opens the provisions concerning returns, refunds and cancellations. Return policy addresses the conditions in which we accept a return/cancellation and also checks the authenticity of reasons for a customers product return/cancellation. Refunds are considered after returns/cancellation.

We guarantee to give you the returns if cases below are confirmed to be reliable. The conditions are as follows:

  • The package has not delivered even after the estimated delivery date.

  • Customer specified the correct and full address for the delivery and also checked the post office.

  • A damage was found by the customer while opening the package which might have happened during shipment.

  • The product ordered and later received was entirely different in size, colour, number or the product itself.

Outfitattire will not do the refund in the following conditions:

  • If you fail to give us a complete delivery address.

  • If the product was damaged from your end.

  • Item was worn, washed, or used.

  • No original tags/labels/purchase proofs attached or sent.

  • The time limit to return has ended.

  • The product/process was defect-less.

Refund process from our side will be made rapidly but that might appear late in your account, normally it takes about 10 to 15 days. If the refund amount is not getting credited even after this span, you must communicate with the credit card authorities.

If the purchased item(s) that you want to cancel has not been dispatched then the customer can cancel if you let us know within 24 hours of the order executed. Return of an expressed package is not feasible. Furthermore, a cancellation will not be yielded more than once. Customers have to inform our service department to start the process of returns, cancellation and refund as soon as possible.
